Does anybody know if i could get sued for having a record book for hogs on my site www.hogrustlers.net do yall know if i made one on there i could get sued. And would anybody praticipate in it. |

Seeing as your are 15, and this is only an assumption, not an emancipated minor, I would consult with your folks or guardian, with regards to any ideas you have since they are responsible for ya.

You cannot get sued...UNLESS you infringe on someone else's name or methodology. So, in other words...you can't call it the Boone and Crockett Hog Record book. You might also get sued if you use the calculation method that Weiser Weight and Tusk uses, although I don't know if it is protected or not.
How do you plan to score?
Who will score?
How do you protect against fraud?
What are the eligibility requirements?
