my dog hasnt eaten in 3 days, and today i noticed open sores all over him with creamy puss.  small ones everywhere, 2 large ones on his back.  he's going to the vet in the morning.

never seen anything like it.  any ideas?

mine did something similar and it turned out to be severe hot spots dont know why shes never had them before and she is 4 years old. i took mine to the vet and he gave me antibiotics and told me to do water theropy she healing up now but it still looks bad. She had big spots one about a baseball size and one about 2 inches wide and 6 inches long. Skin and everthying feel off and was just a raw spot.

vet didnt know what it was. said maybe he got into something in the brush.  gave me antibiotics, and he's healing up fine and eating well.  he went off feed because he had fever from the infection.

Same thing my vet did antibiotics and water therapy. he didnt know what got her but said it was bad. Shes almost healed up maybe another week off for her.

same here.  he's healing up nicely.  cant go next weekend, so im positive he'll be ready in two weeks.
