1 RCD Ridgeback x pit x BMC 2 1/2yr

All will catch after RCD catches real gritty dogs

8, 1 catahoula, 1 hound/cur cross, 1 stray red hound, 1 BMC/ black and tan puppy, 3 pits, and an AB. 4 are strays, 3 were given to me and I bought 1. Hmmmmm, maybe thats why I have so many and catch so few hogs. They are all pups or inexperienced dogs except for one pit.

I dont keep a head count, but I have enough to get the job done and enough pups to replace them. In short way too many hog dogs, a minature poodle, and maltipoo!

My cousin and I have 7 less the puppys 9 of those. 2 catch dogs both AB one just had pups a week ago AB / dogo, 3 BMC, and 2 Who knows what breed good dogs

I always think we have TOO MANY but when I sit here and write it down we have enough to rotate since we hunt so much...here goes
1-ABD female Jr CD
1-Pit Male Jr CD
1-Mastiff/Curr Solid CD
4-Finished Gritty Curr Trail/Bay dogs
7-Curr Puppies between 6 to 8 months being started
1-Red Tick/Walker hound 8 mos being started
2-retired currs 6 & 14 years old
We rotate them and typically hunt only 2 or 3 on the ground at the time and only use a CD when they are all baying/wont catch it themselves...
That's a total of 17 ...
