Austin Animal Advisory Commission is meeting this Wednesday, July 14, 2010
to discuss and take action on a proposed "Retail Ordinance" as listed on the
agenda below.

The May 20th Version is on our website:
www.rpoatexasoutreach.org under the "Austin Tab" and appears to mirror the
San Francisco, CA, proposal that Fox News Channel discussed on several
programs yesterday.  The ban is on all pet sales except fish by pet stores
in San Francisco.  However the Austin proposal only bans dog and cat sales -
so far.
