gavin if you cant get it welded,it will work just as good to use cable clamps to clamp cattle panel together ,4 cattle panel measure carefully so you get 4 even sides{2 complete panels}third one makes ends,4th makes door an double wall sides of trap.make door swing down from insideslightly larger than opening you cut for it.use your imagination, you need approx 50 clamps .this is what i started with an still use,or you can weld it instead of clamps if you cant get a frame....  i did almost what lilwill is sayin but instead of bed frame i used 1/2" angle iron and buillt my frame, it is a 4x4x8 with the door nearly 4' tall and 3' wide, aint nevr used it as a trap, i use it as a pen to keep them in for a bit to take the wild out of the meat.

hey bud ... i was about your age when i started trappin my first trap was a stay put one i found a good ground of trees and got everything i could and nailed it to them trees made me a slideing door and baited it up if you check it every day it doesn't have to be the biggest and baddest trap it just needs to hold them long enough for you to pull them out just becarful when you do it ... i've seen idiots get knocked around trying to show off lol just remember its  WILD hog lol good luck and good trappin

coonhunter, I don't know if you know this young man or not, but let me tell you, I spent a weekend ontop of a dog box on Jesse Paul's truck with him.
He is a great young man, and one of the most respectful I've had the privelage to hunt with.
A big thanks to you and the others on here for being so helpful to him.
I wish I was closer and I'd take him the 2 or 3 I have left, as I know he will use and tend them the way they need to be tended.
gavin, you keep after it buddy, have fun and be safe.
