I have hunted near there and got hogs. I know there are people that hunt that area all the time. Crap Texas is a good area for hogs!

go out of town in any direction and you will find hogs. My old hometown is Edna which is 25 miles east of Victoria on hiway 59 and it is full of hogs. Lots of rice, corn and maize fields there, plus Ranchers...

Ilive just north of victoria and hunt a good 75 mile radius every direction from whr i live and hogs are everywhr been huntn for over 20yrs around here let me know we can o huntn

The connor ranch is not too far from their. I saw a hog that probably weighed 7 or 8 hundred pounds there. the track was at least 3.5 inches in diameter. When he came running out of the maize field he was running crouched down as if he knew that he was too tall and he needed to run this way so that he could stay down below the hieght of the weeds in the pasture. the dogs never slowed him down.
