Can you imagine life without dogs?? HSUS, PETA, and other ARA organizations are working diligently to make that a reality. It is up to organizations like RPOA and us to stop them.
Dogs have a purpose with mankind. It may not be visible or what we expect in the beginning, but given time, that purpose will show itself.

Responsible Pet Owners Alliance has been promoting and preserving the
human/animal bond and our historic working relationship with animals for
almost 20 years now. We administer a statewide Pet Education, Assistance &
Rescue Program. This video will bring tears to your eyes if you love
animals as much as we do! All species ... we love them all.
Unfortunately there is a strong, well financed and well organized "Animal
Rights" Movement that works 24/7/365 to end this relationship that we hold
dear -- our pets.
Wayne Pacelle (Vegan President of HSUS) says: "We have no obligation to
preserve the different breeds of livestock produced through selective
breeding . One generation and out. We have no problem with the extinction
of domestic animals. They are creations of human selective breeding."
RPOA DOES have a problem with the extinction of domestic animals. One
generation for working breeds of dogs may be only 4-5 years. Dogs and other
animals serve mankind in many ways besides pet ownership. This video
demonstrates that relationship very well. Enjoy!

Our statewide membership is composed of many concerned John Q pet owners
with all species of pets, rescuers, veterinarians, veterinary technicians,
sportsmen, working and hunting dog breed clubs and individual owners, pet
clubs and individuals from all national registries, cat and dog
fanciers/exhibitors, search & rescue dog owners, therapy dog owners, guide
dog owners, show dog handlers, pet sitters, dog trainers, pet groomers,
boarding kennels, show/hobby breeders and pet lovers in general.
