Maybe we can only post the law as it is written and maybe a link to it for all the read.  No discussion Just the law as it is written. .  Maybe after we have most of the states listed on her Mike can put them up on a Sticky at the top .

Ill Start it off. .

That's a great idea Marvin.

I don't think there is an actual written law in Texas stating that you can use dogs to hunt hogs. Only that hogs can be hunted 24/7 by any means except poison and explosives... I think that's what it says?

The only written law I ever remember seeing was the Sam Houston National Forest stating specifically that dogs could be used in a two month season... but they took that away from us. Evil

The training dogs in a pen falls under the animal cruelty laws... maybe someone can post the actual law?

In florida hogs are the property of the land owner..  this is all i could find from the wildlife commision

http://myfwc.com/docs/RecreationActivities/2010-11_HuntingRegulations.pdf

With landowners’ permission, wild hogs may be taken year-round with no bag limits, size limits or licenses required. Wild hogs can be taken on WMAs only during specified seasons, where bag and size limits may apply. For more information on hunting wild hogs on WMAs, consult the specific WMA brochure for the area you want to hunt.

The only thing i didnt see was when gun hunting even on private property you cant hunt with a light without a deprivation permit..
