Whats up with the Babrooster ranch? I saw a video on U tube describing that the original owners sold out, but was not sure the age of the video and how much things have changed since. From what I gather, part of it was sold to the state for a wildlife sanctuary but is still grazed. And the other part is being developed with houses and strip malls. My question is how do they decide who gets the grazing rights and what sort of a lease agreement goes allong with it? Also how limited is the public hunting on the stated owned part? I'm assuming there are whitetail deer and turkey hunts. What about using hog dogs?.
As far as the developement goes has very much been built yet. Seems like the developement plan was started before the "recession". So I would guess that the houseing slowdown may have put a few kinks in how fast this thing moves allong. Which, Is a good thing in my opinion.

And how serious do most local people take the guy who initiated the development process and his "green" ideas. Seems to me like it was plenty green without the houses.
