anybody know how to send ur collars and unit to garmin and how long does it take

   Go to Garmin website, you need to contact them first for a RMA number. They will give you all information needed. They are good about getting them back to you, less than two weeks. I always send ups overnight to speed it up. It usually takes 10 days to get mine back if there are no holidays.
