I'm missing a 2-year-old tri-color cur dog, black, brown and white. She is 40 lbs, spayed and microchipped. She chased after a deer in the Edgewater area near Tram Rd and Hwy 69 and did not come back. She has two prominent bumps on her right ear, and a 6-in scar on her left hind leg (from a hog). (I'll post photos later. Site is not allowing uploads (?)) She has a great nose and is open mouthed. She was wearing a black harness.

About photos, her photos are posted on biggamehoundsmen.com in the missing dogs forum. DerekE from there suggested I post the missing notice here in the easttexashogdoggers.com forum.

I've tried to post a single 120k file of my 2010 best hog, but the site would not allow that either (?).

I haven't seen that dog but it's funny that you should mention this. I saw a cur dog on Tram rd. a while back and could tell it was lost. I stopped and tried to call it to me and look at it's collar but it took off. It was closer to 105 though and been a pretty good while back. I think it was all yellow.

Thanks all, for the help. She's been missing since October. I stopped checking the pound about mid November. And I've driven the area pretty much daily. I'm sure someone picked her up. I am inserting hosted photos of her. She has two bumps on her right ear, a 6-inch scar on her left hind leg (from a hog). She's very friendly to people. Photos are also here, at biggamehoundsmen.com:

Where are you from lightrail? We must be close. Did you have a collar on the dog? R-P Outdoors can make you a tag with stamped letters on it. I have them put my name, address and phone number on mine.

Lula is microchipped. She had a harness on, but no collar. I stopped to curb the dogs and she decided she'd go hunting. When we do hunt, I put a tracking collar on her because she's hunts way out in front of me. My dogs don't wear anything if they are in the dog box or crated. This fall, we had been hunting a small thicket that was full of hogs and she became a bit of an adrenaline junky. I have places in Dallas and Beaumont and drive back and forth with the dogs. When we hunt, we all get suited up, they wear cut collars and sometimes tracking collars. If I stop to curb them I stand by the truck and tell them to go potty. They know the difference. Lula has acute tunnel vision. She's generally a pain in the rear. If I get her back, I may trade her to someone more organized for hunting with dogs. I'll let them break her off trash.
