We have 1800 acres down at Woodsboro area and its overrun by hogs, we dont have cattle on it any more and have converted the old cattle catch pens tp giant hog trap pens with water and deer feeders inside them so they keep trapping hogs without somebody having to check them every day, we have those Blackwell 3 door header panels where the cow gates used to go. The problem is we got like 50 hogs in 1 week and had no place to take them as nobody down here was buying any last time we tried to sell them last year. I would like to know if there is anybody who will come out and load the hogs at the ranch and take all of them and pay us before the hogs leave the ranch. We dont have scales but the feedstore at Woodsboro does. I am not interested in somebody coming down and just buying boars over 200 pounds and paying us next year etc etc, is there anybody like this??? If you are a legal buyer and have at least a 20 foot trailer and can pay cash at the scale and take every hog please post up. I dont want to hear bout where to haul them too or i will take the boars and shoot the lil pigets etc. I need to find somebody who can take a load when the pen is full of hogs and get them off of my corn bill. How much are hogs worth today at the ranch where the buyer loads them and pays at the scale?? I see prices all over and was just wondering if there are any buyers who take a load every 2 or 3 weeks from us if i start trapping again big time??? Thanks in advance for any coments or phone numbers or recomends.

just a thought. You might check with some of the places /companies that the buyers deal with . They might set you up as a" buyer" and then come pick em up. I'm up in east tx and the buyer up here just gets enough for a load and they come pick em up. The have a route they run up here and I would think there would be some down that way.I think the provide scales and all. Just a thought
