Noah, I can't say nothing that the picture itself doesn't already say Thomas was almost in one of those positions himself today, while I was saying "hold on I want to get a picture" and I got that "special look"

Looks like you're going for the rear naked choke in the first pic. It was a nice cool day, wish I was in the woods instead of working

I was a split second behind Noah at the catch and before I could get a hand hold he had the boar off his feet and seemed to have him under control so I stepped back, pulled out my camera, and was going to take a few action shot pics. As I raised the camera and looked thru the viewfinder I noticed the afore mentioned "under control" hog is beginning to stand up with Kung Fu Noah on his back with three dogs still firmly attached to his head. It was definitely an interesting hog control/management technique. Mark arives and helps get the hog under "better" control so I keep shooting (pics). It was a good hog that was full of fight and was a handful to control. Noah's dogs Chub and Snapps did well in the frosty cold temps (28 degrees at daylight). We turned the dogs into some fresh rooting that had been made during the night and they could smell the hog immediately. They headed across a broom sage field toward a distant swamp where Mark and I caught two good boars earlier in the week. Once in the swamp it appeared the two dogs made a wide loop around the hog, then thightened the circle the next time around, and then zero'd in on him and found him. The hog did not run, was ready to fight, and the stop, fight, and catch was instant. AJ, the bulldog, finished off the catch. Luckily we were close by and were able to prevent the damage from being any worse. It was a good hunt. Dave
