I prefer a good hard hunting dog ,don’t care about color or sex. Just wondering what your preference is?

Like my brindles. Always liked brindle cows and it kinda rolled over to my dogs. Came about by accident but really like them. Males they don't come into heat lol.

males are always in heat  I prefer brindles, they are what I use for cats and have done well. I had some bmc's before but where not a good fit for my family but they had the most awesome natural herding instincts that I have ever seen. |

I am with monty, but i am kinda partial to the yellow brindles, hope to have some by next year if all goes well. |

Brindle and yellow dogs are the same to me a can not tell them a part, when i hunt with landon i spend the whole night trying to figure out which dog is which, i like cats, and cat crosses, they are so ugly you can normally tell them apart lol i have always been partial to ugly dogs with lots of color, well to me they aint ugly

heck ZackW you would love my catchdog then I need to enter him in the all time uglydog contest. Heck buddy said couldnt take him unless I drove he is so ugly but for a 11 month old dog he catches hard.

I am color blind to anything but Yeller dogs. But everyone is wired different and you need to find out which of these truly blows your socks off and go with that. In the end thats what it boils down to, is what keeps you in the woods lovin the sport. But just for kicks try Yeller's first. LOL Happy hunting to ya bro

Ain't seen to many of em but I just picked up a blue brindle (some people may call em gray brindle) but either way I like the color for sure |

are you talking about a maltese brindle in the plotts if so that color comes from von plott breeding plotts with wiemeraners way back in the 20th century. Cool colors in the plott breed.

I'm talking about a blue/grey brindle cur dog...somewhere way down the line I figure something was introduced...I know alot of the dogs background and there is usually one maybe two outta every litter in that stock of dogs.
