It was nice to not run one run for miles for a change...this was one of them hogs that with another 1/2 inch of cutter woulda been a real bad dude,as it was he got a dog each of ours pretty good...it was a good hunt and the pups did real good to have never left the house. Striker and nephew Leroy  Shiner after the catch and then takin a break...   A bad dude bayed in the open   |

Good hunt Mike. I've been hunting the two yellow pups I have, but I think its time to start taking my Tweety/Buck pup. We've been working her once or twice a week in a pen & she sure knows how to handle a hog. I saw Circle C's Vega pup last night, and I don't think I have ever liked the way a dog is put together more than her.

He had calmed down by the time I took that pic as we had to light up ole Leroy for bayin him ha ha Here he is "fresh" and mad.....he was released unharmed   |
