garmin problems

my garmin was working fine ,now it shows question marks for both collars and wont pick them up ,any ideas

Gil, have you updated them recently? Both the collars and the handheld needs to be updated. You can go to garmins site and it will walk you through it.

Turn on the collar and plug in your handheld to computer. Go to the screen where it shows your dog information and press menu it will say update collar i think. Back on your cpu screen you should be able to select Device from the menu and select dc-30, it should update automatically.
