20 Ga and .22 For Sale (different guns)

I have a Remington 870 Wingmaster Magnum pump 20 guage that I purchased new about eight years ago. Since then I have shot about 2 boxes of shells through it. I have an over and under as well as a semi-auto 20 now and have no need for this gun. It will shoot 2 3/4 as well as 3" shells and has the changable choke tubes. Would like to sell quickly, asking $325 OBO this gun is as good as new.

I also have a Ruger 77/22 all stainless that I bought new about 12 years ago that has been shot less then 100 times. Has a cheap simmons 3-9 scope on it for plinking around that I am thinking about selling. These sell new for $550 so I was thinking about $400 for the whole set up? If anyone is interested let me know. It has a 7 shot rolling clip that comes with it and larger clips can be bought for the gun as well.
