Decided to go hunting late sunday evening by myself, all my buddys had family day going on and i didnt want to take my 5yr old to the place i was heading to, loaded up my older gyp Molly, Rosco ( 16 month), and my little boys dog Bear( 1 yr old), and my catch dog Petey and headed over to one of my places thats real swampy. Havent hunted there in a long time, turned out and hunted for about an hour and didnt see any sign and dogs had hunted there butts off, moved to another spot on the place and it wasnt but a couple minutes till i heard my sons dog bear baying, than the other dogs got there and helped out. Got Petey and headed that way, cut him loose and one h@ll of a fight begain, that sucker was wipping the crap out of my bulldog, slung him off, trotted off about 20yrd and he was caught again, i got in there and got a hold of him and finally got him fliped and started tieing him up when i noticed Petey had alot of guts hanging out through his back leg. Got him off the hog and begain putting him back together, got the hog finally loaded, which was no little deal, and headed on out. Petey was still alive this morning, but how knows. I havent seen a hog fight like that in a long time, sorry for no action pics but its kind of hard to do by myself.  I sold the hog in Blue Ridge,tx this morning and he weighed 330.                                                      [IMG][IMG]photobucket.com/albums/ad91/JBHunter1111/4-24-11/4-24-11033.jpg[/IMG

that hog is something to be proud of .nice job. i respect the people that catch and tie hogs alot more than shootn or stabbing them. a ten year old kid can do that.catchn and tieing says alot about the dog and his owner when u do it alone!
