Does anyone on here really know this Turkeycreek_ybm fellow and his dogs or ben hunting with him? Lead me in the right direction. Not sure if i can even do this but wanted to try don't know how else to do it. Said his name is Justin from Marshall, Tx.  Reason being he wants to trade me two finished dogs for my motorcycle?  |

Go hunt with the dogs... if you like what you see, the rest is up to you. But damn sure don't buy or trade on a promised trial... if someone can't show you the dogs in the woods... run away as fast as you can.  |

Thanks Mike im really glad u replyed. i really think something is up with this. I asked him to go hunting and he said kinda hard to do with his job and that may be true. Sounds like a good guy but he kinda pushing it too hard for me. So it is ok to leave this post on here?

Yep that is one of the things i definately questioned because just a lil while back he was looking for some finished dogs and he told me he raises and trained all his own! And said he had 7 of em!  LOL |

I think if I was spending hard earned money, I would ask for references also. I hope you find what you are looking for. There are a few bad apples that monitor these boards just looking for ways to screw people out of their money.

There are only a couple in this world I would take a finished dog from. I have been burned getting dogs called finished. I only get puppies and take my chances.

I don't know anything about the particular guy your asking about (other than he has a pretty slick rhino), but I'm never ceased to be amazed buy the number of people with a finished dog for sale who just a few days before were looking to buy a finish dog... or those who have too many dogs... looking to thin down but will entertain trades. Selling out of hunting one day And looking to buy a new dog the next.
Just remember if something seems too good to be true, no doubt it is. Even guys who are truly selling out usually have friends that hunt. If their dogs were that good, they'd never make it to the classifieds. Just my 2 cents...take it for what it's worth.

Thanks to everyone. i Was already really suspicious but got several phone calls to verify. He got mad at me cuz he said i got him kicked off the board but from what i was told he didn't need to be on here. He fishtailed around hunting with them then said he not selling no one any dogs that got him kicked off ethd.  - wasn't gonna get em anyway - i like to find out who i can trust or not...... But again thanks to everyone for your replies... I was hoping that maybe one these days i could find a good finished dog because i only hunt maybe once a week and don't have alot of time to train pups the way they need to be. Guess im just gonna have to slow down and work with what i got. I have tried and tried and tried dogs and none working out for me. Have a couple that will find hogs but they trash so i need to break em but like i said was hoping to find one already broke. i know yall don't know me but at least im a real person and honest. haha, You must be talking about the Rhino with the RANGER package I think it comes with a Polaris engine, Ranger body, and 44" tires.... |
