I would like to know who on this forum would like to STOP paying federal income tax and not have to file a 1040 ever again? There is a way, I am getting the paper work now to have mine stoped before the start of the new tax year.

who is wesley snipes to tell my of my fincial freedom? i never heard of that book or info litariture. is it helpfull? my can compile some of the info iv found with his and become more stable once the government is out of our pocket book. im still digging info up and saving sites and data with the definitions. i should have it completed along wth the help from this link. http://www.originalintent.org/edu/chapter44.php . this link acctually has to with our 2nd ammendment rights, and im gonna do the same with my guns as i am with my taxes. i wish i could load a video, but the net is to slow and file is to big. I will on the other hand burn it to disks and mail it out to those who want more info. i will be in tx in aug for 2wks on leave. yaw let me know. but remember, the feds dont want us to know this stuff. |

I met a retired marine who once told me " two things are guaranteed in life taxes, and death". I sure would like to hear more about this. |

Hey just let me know what I need to to get you to send me the information I will be more than happy to help you out for your troubles. Can government employees do it also my wife works for the state and man they are good to their employees but tax the beep out of them.

Wesley Snipes is an actor who got real heavy into all the books and theories that your not constitutionally required to pay income taxes. He had millions of dollars and high priced attorneys and he's now sitting in a federal penitentiary. You can stop paying your taxes if you wish, most of us working stiffs can get away with it for a while but eventually it will catch up to you. When I ran a construction company I saw illegal aliens get away with all sorts of crimes, but when one of our contractors hadn't been paying his taxes I saw IRS armed agents climb 9 levels of scaffolding and draw their side arms on him until he was on the ground cuffed and chunked in a suburban NO JOKE.
If you choose to go that route, good luck and keep your head on a swivel.

there are 2 TWO types of taxes. Direct ( taxes have to be praportional across the board, ( which they are not) meaning all tax payers have to pay the same amount of taxes no matter what their income level is). In-direct, ( taxes from earned PROFITS, meaning, like for the example of the construction company owner that T-Bob refered to, has to pay tax on his earned profits. profits that his company earned during the yr, bi-anual, or quarterly statements for the amount he made AFTER paying for the employees, tcks, fuel, tools and so on. as i told my wife, who is sceptical. SHOW ME THE LAW!!! there have been recent court cases that where the common everyday hardworking person ie: you and i, have refused to pay taxes, and file their 1040, that the courts have found in the favor of the WORKING MAN/WOMAN. true all can beat the system, if their corrupt lawyers cant or more over, DONT want to find the law if there is 1 and get a ruling in the favor of his/her client. As for Mr. Snipes, was it b/c he had a company or investments that he failed to report? as for getting info to those who want to make a go for it. I will get some blank dvds and burn the vid/s to disk and mail them out, but i cant afford to mail 1 out to every1 that wants to enforce their rights, it will be up to the help of yaw to help the others.

HEy peach, yea the heat is getting to me, and cant wait to come home to more heat for 2wks and getting things set up on my new land for a 4ac bay pen. instead of relaxing in the a/c i gotta climb onto a hot dozer and start pushing dirt and cutting trenches and drilling holles to set pipe and mayb get to stringing the fence. a lot of work for by myself. on top of all that, i gotta find time to hunt my dogs and get out and do some politicing with my neighbors in hopes of getting permission to hunt the woods and hay fields for hogs.

Al Capone killed at least 35 people and did not go to jail for that. He went to jail for not paying taxes.
You better give this some serious consideration because it is going to be hard to hog hunt if you are behind bars. The bright side is that you will go to a federal penitentiary and not a state facility.

Don't pay your tax's and see what happens.......................... EVEN if you are right it will end up costing you to fight it.... Snipes paid more in attorney fees. Then if he would've just paid tax's. plus he got almost twentys years. It was appealed and dropped to 3years.Make something of yourself and the goverment will come after you......

If yaw want to be like lambs led to slaughter, then play the governments games. if yaw want to actually be free according to what yaw have been told that we are of a free nation, then take your rights and freedoms and fight for them. freedom aint free, it cost, and for some it cost their life, but they died free. how many died for freedom to rid theirselves from the the tyrrany of the britsh crown 235 yrs ago? you want to claim your self as free men/weman, them fight for your rights, look the laws up. if you cant find the, that dont mean it aint there, but it also dont means it is there just b/c 1 person looked and didnt find it, and said to all that it aint there. look into 1913 when the federal reserve was inacted and why it was inacted. also look up the original 16th ammendment and read what it says. do we ALL get taxes the same across the entire board, or is there a tax bracket that we all fall into? there is the poor class, the mid/poor class, the middle class,the mid/rich class, the rich class, and the rich of the richest class. break all those classes into the 3 classes we now of, the lower, middle and rich class. do the lower class get taxes as much as the middle and so forth for the rich, do they get taxed as do the lower or middle class. what taxes fund our military and dod, and what taxes pay go towards our deficit? i have given yaw info in 3 of my 5 posts. the start of the info is there, it up to me to do my research to help better myself. its up to yaw to do the same. why is it only a few sho should do their homework and the rest of the skates by on the backs of others? is that who we have become today? let others do the work, and i will sit back and colloect my share.

here is some more info for yaw to research, the bildaburg group, tri-lateral group, world bank, imf ( iternational money fund) new world order. the speeling may not correct, but google should correct for you. the info is out there. my net aint the fastest, but im using every kb to do my research and make sure that i am a FREE man. just b/c our government says we have to, does that mean its the law? do we look into it? i want to obide by the law to keep my out of jail, but i will go as far as the law goes. we take the words of our government to the word of truth, and what they say, is the truth b/c they wouldnt lie, NO not our elected officials. they wouldnt do that, they wouldnt stand in fornt of 500million people and say something if it wasnt true. we all have blinders on, blinded by what is hammered into us from the start of our lives from birth till current.

I see where your coming from and agree. But go back in history and study what happened to those who orginally fought for our freedoms. Those brave men who signed the Declaration of Indenpence, most didn't fare to well. Sure proud they did what they did. Of the history I've read most died poor, some right along with their families. There is one more thing guaranteed from life, its not fare!
