Maverick10 and his family came by today along with his Indio dog. About the time they got here, Zach and his fiance got here. We look at his Indio, they looked at all of my BMCs, my Brittanys, my Brittany puppies, my BMC puppies and Sackett. Then we just sat under the big oak tree in the front yard drinking iced tea and talking dogs, hogs, hunting and watched his little girl get bolder by the minute running around with our 3, playing with Zach's lab pup, Kelsi's AB pup and just being little kids.

It was a nice afternoon for all. And before they left we took a couple of pics.

Adolpho and his Indio, me and  Blade.

Up until today, I had seen pics of Indio and he had seen pics of Blade and they looked what for what. In person and side by side we were comparing build, markings and gate. None of it really matters to the dogs but just the breed similarities between the 2 when they are not kin.

Adolpho is getting one of my pups and Im supposed to get one of his.

It was just a slow and peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable afternoon .
