The long journey for Tx Mason's Hope is almost over. I would like to publicly THANK Mr.Mason for all his efforts & time spent preparing her for the journey to Oz. (The process from start to finish takes almost 200 days.) She leaves TEXAS tomorrow for an overnight stay in L.A. then on her way for a 30 day stint at the quarantine Facility in Sydney-Australia. Then she can finally come to her new home in the Northern Territory of Australia  She is 10 months old & bred by Mr Douglas Mason. Once settled in she will help me & my current team find & bay some big Aussie Boars. Then become a part of our breeding program to help keep & create some solid & consistent lines of Catahoula over here in Oz.  |

glad to hear you almost have her, i have seen her a few times and she looks great in person. I hope she works out great for ya. I have her littermate dougie  I have high hopes for him. keep us posted |

i envy you i would do anything for a good line bull arab Haha, cheers mate! Pretty easy from Oz to USA. Just vaccination & airfares i think you'll find. So somewhere between $2000-3000. I have sent a pup to Hawaii & quoted one recently. Just under $2000 for airfares.. I'm pretty certain you guys have just as good finding/catch dogs and probably better over there... I guess they're like most breeds mate- there is a HUGE difference between the good & the bad...... |

oh yea thats true i ran a 130 lb bull dog and a 35 lb pit bull as my cds
also ran 3 to 4 rcds, but a bull arab would trump my dogs hands down

I have only taken him in the woods for manners and he has good ones. I am going to be taking him to Mr. Mason for a good tune up in a couple of months. Dougie is does not have the personality that hope does he is real timid but is coming around. He has worked great on several moch hunts he has a good nose on him and gets real gritty when he finds the pig. I have only put him in the bay pen twice and he is a monster in there, he controls the hog very good and when he thinks he has control he catches on the ear... I know he will back up when he sees a bigger hog. Keep us posted on Hope |

Nah Mate wrong fella, I'm the aussie importing the BMC's. My dogs leave Texas 12 July and go through the same process outlined by Mick.
