The africanized bees have bigger lips and a bone through their nose.

Call Rudy's Honey in Livingston, he may be interested in removing them for you or at least he will know someone in your area that will take care of them for you. Good luck...

Is it bees or hornets? If it's bees I would leave them alone, They usually don't stay too long. If it's hornets you can get a good accurate .22 and get back and shoot the limb that its hanging on until it falls to the ground. Most of the time they will abandon the nest after it fall but to make sure just come back at night with some hornet spray and spray into the opening. They look great on the wall of a man cave! I got this one a few months ago. Never got stung and i shot it down and picked it up at the same time and it was a hot day.

I've seen them in a tree a few times. My neighbors have a honey business and there are billions of bees around. If they're bothering you, you should call someone in the honey business. They would probly appreciate it.

Paul and i bayed up under a bee hive, they stung me 10 times in the head and 4 times on my back. Ran off and left the catch dog clipped to a tree. Had to run back down the levee and get him. He was yelping every time they stung him. Lost a good size boar, only had three legs tied. The dogs run him down the creek and got in to more bees from a 55 gallon drum. They ran us off, had to be the african bees they are really aggressive. Sidney
