I need to vent and im begging for help or advice or somethin.

Got a phone call today from my mother who was very upset. She is retired and lives off retirement and SS and got her check the other day and everything was fine. The other day she went to sleep with 1200 bucks in her dresser drawer. Yesterday it went missing. The guy who watches her charleston house till she can get it sold hasnt been back since he left at 3 am the other morning (this is a red flag to me). he has a drug problem but we thought he was clean. he has everything he needs, a roof over his head, food to eat, beer to drink, toilet to #2 in, even my old truck to drive. he had our all out trust.

now me and him have bumped heads before and he knows my attitude can get bad but this has passed the line. i myself want to get in my truck and drive my happy arse 13 hours down to charleston, sc and put my .357 w/ hollow heads on his forehead and tell him to pay up. but im tryin to remind myself of the negatives that will come out of that.

I need some advice, words of wisdom, a prayer or somethin, i havnt been to sleep since i got off at 730 and i got to work tonight again at 11

thanks for hearing me out fellas

I'd be boiling mad too, but a trip to SC aint gonna make her situation any better, and might put you in a way worse one. I say send your mom the money, and y'all be done with that ol boy. He'll get his! But that .357 and a bad temper will probably get you locked up for a long time. My brother is in prison for life for a VERY similar situation. Either that, or leave the .357 in the truck, and make him wish you'd shot him.
It should be legal to string him up for doing folks like that, but our system is so screwed. Slap on the wrist, and see you next time.

Sorry it happened, but that's the way of the world these days. We'll keep y'all in prayer.

you could make that 13 hr trip but I bet he already spent the money...get him out of your lives and move on and take it as a lesson learned.
The older I get the more I realize how human behavior can really be...I just have lower expectations and try to protect my family and myself from it.

All this stuff to get the truth. Just the right way of asking and a k-bar not only gets the truth it helps people speak english real fast. I'm just saying. I understand getting hot. Just be glad it would be thirteen hours to calm down before you do something stupid. Now if I saw him I ain't saying I might see red. But always hit the body. The face leaves obvious marks and it hurts your hand. Grin

Don't be keep large amounts of cash and if you do don't tell people. People have been killed for less than $1200. I am glad your mom is ok.

If you see him just don't leave marks

sorry about the situation. The justice system will take better care of the mentally ill repeat offenders than the sane one like yourself. You could have a much different sentence than him, save the money and help your mom. let this burned bridge remain torched and dont rebuild it

its just rough i guess. 2 years ago one of our dogs caught a guy comin out of our barn with alot of tools and my hunting gear, well i put a hole in his leg and i was the one that got in trouble, then last year a fella was gonna car jack my truck and i smashed his head with the truck door, i spent a few weeks in jail for that, and now this. its just not fair, bad luck with crack heads and a horrible attitude just digs my hole deeper

my mom is ok, just very upset. i asked her why she had that much out as cash and its cause she was gonna put it in the bank the next day.

Now if you do something stupid she don't have bail money Grin I do recommend praying about. I joke about a lot of stuff. I do get hot under the collar. But pray for the fruit of the Spirit...

Galations 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

They can't put you in jail for that.

Quoting myself. "If God wants you to have it then God will replace it. If God does not want that man to have it then God will take it back."

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like someone needs a $1200 arse whoopin! I know it wouldn't solve anything but I think that I would spend a few nights in jail just for the satisfaction.  Angry  Anyone have any idea how many days you get for whoopin the crap out of someone?
