Solo Hunt 9-6-11

Decided to take a ride last night so i threw Superman, Stew, Dozer and Dudley with me.  Pulled thru the gate and Superman jump over board still chained in the back of the truck.  I got my truck stop and got him untangled and turn him loose.  He rolled out in a hurry to 950.  He was showing bayed.  Drove to within about 150 yards and cut the rest of them loose.  Ran in behind them and had about a 150 pound sow caught.  I stuck her and realized Superman was already gone.  Looked at my garmin and showed him at 1.2 on the garmin treed.  I got everything loaded back up and headed too him.  Drove up within 300 yards and cut the dogs loose.  Same thing, caught hog.  Got this big sow stuck and Superman was no where to be found.  Long story short this cooler weather has got Superman ready to stack some bacon.  I chase that dang dog for another few hours and finally got him caught.  2 good sows but man, i sure miss my hunting partner.

Good hunt Brian. I think this cooler weather has everyone ready to get after it. Let me know if you need some help I am ready to go, especially during the week.

Good hogs Brian! I cant believe you actually stuck them hogs. LOL Man give me a call on them solo hunts! This weather has got me wanting to do some hunting.

It was a last minute invite to a old man's please or i would have called both of you.  Blake i can't believe i did either.  When that knife went in i could see money running out of them!

My neck is already swellling because of deer season, I slow up some on the weekends because of deer season but yes, i hunt year round and your welcome to come up anytime.

SOunds like me are going to hook up this weekend!  We should be able to ralley on some hogs.  Those suckers better look out this weekend.   I'm heading west bound Friday!

Hell yeah Monty.  I sure hope those hogs have there running shoes on cause Ive got something for them!    Remind me to take my boots off if we have to get in a tank!
