This is the first line bred cross in my breeding project. Tweety was bred back to her son, Obama, which was out of her and Winchester. Got 8 pups, including 2 little Holsteins, just like last years litter when I bred her to the Buck/Cash dog... RIP. The next planned breeding will be to my Hunter dog next year... a Tweety/Winchester grandson out of Circle C's Brandy dog... Obama's littermate sister.  |

Black with white toes and chest... Gonna be hard.to tell all them pups apart in a couple years.

No telling. Two showed up last year when I bred her to Buck/Cash. Well, Bryant bred Cash to their line of dogs and four showed up in that litter... so, we assumed it came from him. Not the case in this litter. Tweety has been traced back 9 generations... with a lot of mostly white dogs in there. Winchester's dam came from the Winfree dogs in Coldspring... they were big into running hounds. I found out some other related dogs to Winchester had a lot of white on them. It's natural to assume those brindle curs had some hound in the wood pile. Evidently, all three of my foundation dogs can throw these Holsteins.  |

Do those white pups show any common traits like being alil rougher than the black ones, maybe bark alil more on track, colder noses or are they pretty much the same as the rest of the pups. Just wondering since they are getting the color from down the line. You might not be able to answer to much since them other pups are only a year old, but figured i'd ask anyways.
