Well fellas got soemthin to start sharing, my girlfriend is in school right now working on her pastry and bakery. So i just snapped some shots to show off since im very proud of her. Blueberry Scones  Cranberry and Chocolate Biscotti dipped in dark chocolate with sprinkles  Chocolate and Bananna muffins  Eat your heart out folks, and note that i weight 200# right now so we will watch that too   |

Dont know what none of that is exempt the muffins, but it looks good. See if she can make you some kolachees, or how ever you say it. Them are some kind of good.

Never heard of half that stuff, but I can tell you that you ain't gonna be 200# for long It's a trick women like to play, they cook and clean and get you fat and lazy, then they can leave you cuz no other woman wants your ol ugly butt. It's rough world if we ever let women run it J/K |

Schitem, let me start by saying I envy both you and your girlfriend for getting to eat such good food. While I am not that big on pastry or baking, I absolutley love cooking. If I could afford to leave my current job and go to some sort of culinary school I would do it in a heartbeat. I am happily married to a wonderful woman, but I do 95% of the cooking in our house just because I enjoy doing it., And I couldn't be happier. She will let me cook all day long and she does all the dishes, which is a pretty good agreement I think. I have a collection of cookbooks that would make most libraries jealous. I just wish I would have discovered my love of cooking years ago and could make a living at it. It's one of those if I win the lottery dreams, but I would love to open up a home style cookin resturant for the common working man to enjoy.

thanks mod93dirt, its always been a dream to cook for both of us, im more of a grill type cook and ive actually got trophies on the jr. cook offs in south carolina. ive got a grillers dictionary at home that i still havnt finished reading. its also our dream after we get married to open up a resturant so ive been plannin that for 2 years already. with us both still being young we can get a good foot in life early i guess. i think this is the only post on this site that she will enjoy reading |

This is the girlfriend logging in! Thank you all for the nice comments...many more goodies to come! and to tnhillbilly- biscotti's are italian cookies that are "twice baked". they are crunchy, and are meant to be dipped in coffee or espresso |
