Straight and precise. All legs and belly lines need to be cut by the book, split him to his back jawline and then remove the head very carefully from the back of the jaws to the top of the third vertebra. Most of my bosses rugs are knocked off at the knee but for your purposes try your hardest to take it all the way to the hooves and whatever you do DONT SCREW UP THE SPINE LINE OR THE TAIL, ESPECIALLY THE TAIL!!!!!
