Ribeye, butterflied, beaten with a mallet, battered and deep-fried. Lay on a layer of queso fresca and hatch green chili salsa. Serve with black beans, pico and white rice.

This would be my last meal choice.

marinate the ribeye in a sesame ginger sauce overnight, wrap in bacon and grill tell rare. jalapeno popers (halved peper with creamcheese an wraped in bacon) for an appatiser. twice baked potatos and mixed green salad with monserella cheese. And death by chocolate cake! mmmmmmmmm

    if your gonna take a fine cut of meat and soak it might ad well soak some hambuger
     
       just my .02  damn why ruin such a perfect piece of beef
       guess I am old and stubborn that way
       do you put ketchup on it too

i dont know if soakin it in bourbon ruins the steak or not, but pretty sure it ruins the bourbon, and that would be a shame! Grin

My last meal would be a slice of pork loin stuffed with baudin rapped in bacon a rib eye with some cheesy. Twice baked potatos. Id Prolly throw a couple pieces of deer meat with onion and peppers wrapped in bacon too.

On second hand I might would just have some fried back strap and some fried tators...
