I'm new to this so any help would be great. How do you normaly get your dog out and if you catch out is it frowned on? And do you just go get your dog out of the pen thanks.

catchouts happen but, if you know your dog is going to catch show some respect to the pen owner and the sport don't enter.

If you do catch out just do whatever you can to assist pen help breaking your dog. If for some reason you can't help pen wokers will do it for you.
