i dnt know about him weighing 160, but he has some leg under him. if he catches use him!!! if u dnt wanna try i would`nt mind given him a shot  i like to use 2 CD`s. i like a smaller quicker more agile dog, followed by an anchor!!! but running dogs that are little bit on the rougher side i dnt always have to turn a CD loose. run what u like and give em hell. |

He is good size, but it is hard to believe that he weighs 160lbs. But like Chris said, if he catches then use him.

I run a pretty big CD named Baus, he is APBT, (85lbs+) and from what I've seen, the wind is the only problem with bigger dogs. If he'll catch, I'd use him. It's just like any other athlete. They need conditioning before you will really know what he is capable of. I didn't think my boy was gona make the cut, but after leaning him down to hunting weight, and running him every weekend he seems to be good to go. So JMO, but I think you should see what he has. Only other thing I can say is if he is a house pet, understand that he may get hurt bad or worse, and it hurts you. Not that u don't already know that, just felt the need cause I turned mine out, and I think of it every time I let him go. I been around bulldogs all my life 50 yrs and bred them for 30 and I can almost bet that dog is slow slow slow . You will get him cut all to peices if he is .

Is his mouth undershot ? It kinda looks like it might be . A lot of undershot dogs will loose teeth real easy .

160 lbs i just did the conversion to kg that thing is huge bit of advice take it out to the highway and teach it to catch trucks

He looks too thin across the chest to weigh 160. I'd guess 125-130 , he also looks like he hasnt finished filling out yet. I'm betting he has alotta Johnson in him and a bulldog that tall wont finish till he's 4 or so. Who's he out of and how old is he?

Yeah his sire was Johnson weighing 95lbs and his damn was hybrid weighing 110 lbs but his grandfather on his mothers side was 130 and the grandmother was 105 out of ab-solute bulldog. He's only 1 1/2 and still growing and filling out

I run a male AB who ways 115lbs ,fat about 90 working weight. He's missed once and it was early on in his career. He's quick, not as quick as a pit but can run down a hog that he sees break and when he hits its all but over . The down side ,only I can lead him , he will go wherever i go and drag anyone to the bay that doesn't let him go once he hears the bay. Just my thoughts and experience .
