I have had the worst kick out of the 260gr partition golds. I can shoot 45longs or 454's out of mine. I took the scope off to use it as a bush gun and got 2 lil pigs in Neches last January my new 44 special flattop and my late uncles OM 41 mag Those are exactly the tupe I wanted to see on here. I dont own any old style revolvers but I enjoy the hell out of looking at them and seeing how some folks customize them. NICE GUNS

Honestly I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with a pistol but I've dropped pigs at 250 yds with my .17 hmr. Payed 200 bucks at a pawn shop for it. Best 200 I've ever spent on a gun

Here' my favorite two. First is an AR Performance 6.8 SPC AR-15, and second is my Kimber Custom TLE II .45 ACP. Have put down a lot of pork with both but would rather use my dogs nowadays.

Jared H, How are your groups at 200yrds with the AR and how do you like the 6.8SPC over the 223?

Badass gun Roo... .... I know myself well enough not to own a gun small enough to conceal lol... enough said ... as for using guns... my Remington 700 is what I grab for when I need to kill somethin' outright... but yall know what that looks like!!! ... here's a gun I have for "special" occasions... 308 Rem tack-driver... some day I hope to spring for a scope worthy of it's accuracy...

The best group I've got was a little over 1 3/4". Checkout ARPerformance.com, they do great work. To me the 6.8 makes the 223 look like a 22lr. I shot a 223 for a long time and is good for certain situations but there isn't an animal in North America that I wouldn't feel comfortable shooting with my 6.8. Its basically a .270 in a smaller casing. Badass gun Roo... .... Very nice Noah. I almost put that stock on my Remington 700 PSS but stuck with the HS Precision. Looks like a sure enough shooter.

With the 5.56/223, it just takes good shot placement. Scramble the brians like an egg n there aint nothin on the north american continent it wont drop in its track.

I agree as well but a shot to the brain isnt exactly what I would call practical. If you were watching, a huge whitetail buck, elk or any other "trophy animal", with a 223 the last thing I would think about is trying to shoot it in the brain. That's just me though.
