Each to there own. but i would sugest breaking them off the javeys because i promise you nothing good will come out of it. I have lost several good ones to them now we break them off as pups.  And black hog a they are not hogs they are closer to rats.

They don't slash, they bite......and will pack up on a dog quick.

Bad news.

You don't want nothing to do with them I promise you.  I would suggest to break your dogs from them or stay away from the places that have them.  And there not even close to a hog, don't get them mistaken.

I know down in south TX they are everywhere. When I'm down on the ranch I plow em over constantly. I've always wondered how dogs would do because I've seen a pack of those things run off 5+ deer. Two of those deer were BIG BOYZ too, and I didn't realize they were that rowdy! When I get home I'll post a pic of the razors on those things... pretty incredible.

They will def ruin your hunt!!  I use to like baying em up just shoot em.  Now my dogs wont mess with them and I dont mind at all!! They will sure cut the dogs up quick and work as a team to get it done.

They are all over the place down here- we kinda gotto steer our hunts around them because they will gang up on a dog.  It's definately not a good feeling when the dogs take off and you can hear those mean things popping their teeth.  They are some tuff things to kill.

Maybe a mod will erase the post. They are considered game animals.
