Hey man we sure nuff gonna put some "WHOA BABY" in a litter this spring I got one of ole Blu's daughters picked out here a ruff little bitch 35 lbs of TNT and a good one absoulty hates anything that grunts, squeals are smells like a pig to be bred to Axle one of the catch dogs here he is one of the best I have seen fast, quick, strong, heart of a lion and 10 ton press for a mouth.  Axle is about 75 lbs are so he will put some bone, and size in'em and a ton of heart  and coming off her they should avarage about 55-60 lbs dogs and with both parents deminar ought to be the real deal !

Hey Tex. I know its off topic but was wondering where the monkey face comes from in your dogs, I noticed another pic you posted of kind of faded looking dog with that similar face marking. Just wondering if its a line, breed, or cross thing if you don't mind me asking.

It  comes from the heavy linebreeding in these dogs it comes from the old Joe dog.  Any time I hit that stuff hard it comes out in almost every one of them.

The dog easttex has on his profile there by his name that dogs name is Lil Joe and he is my Horn dogs liter brother they come from the Joe line with a Plott cross in them also the Penny gyp she comes from the Joe line in a Legs cross her momma is my old blu gyp a daughter of Joe and also a grandaughter of Joe,. The little gyp up there she is a grandaughter of my ole Blu gyp that is a daughter of Joe amoung other Joe in her also the daddy of that little gyp up there was the C.O. dog that is son of Joe and a liter brother to Little Ann.  I got others also really really bred well .  Horn x Penny liter is 3/4 type Joe breeding with 1/4 Plott .

So you see it all runs in this stuff.

Thanks I was curious as the gyp pictured here could easily pass as a litter mate to a leopard cur dog I am messing with. How does that line work, style wise.

Hard Hunting , lots of bottom, great noses mine range inside a 1000 yds but that because that is how I hunt here they will go futher depends on how you bring them up and what you hunt them with they will go as far as another dog wants to go if you hunt them with them when they are young and train them that way.  I like mine 250 - 750 yd I dont care for the next county kind of dogs.  I use my own dogs to train and run them with the kind I want them to be as far as range goes.  Two sides to these dogs a ruffer side and a looser side depending on how you breed them.
