Been hunting alot lately and catching bunch of hogs but this hunt I would trade for alot of the hogs Ive been on in the last couple of months.  We started rigging this place and hit a hot track in about 30 minutes.  The dogs bailed off the truck.  They got out there bout 400 yards and bayed solid.  Before we could unload the buggy the bay broke.  So we drove down closer in the truck.  Once again the bay breaks.  So we drive down a little closer.  By this time we are 100 yards from the ranch house.  So we drive about 50 yards from entrance to ranch house.  So I jump out and grab CD.  The bay breaks.  By this time the rancher is in the front yard with no shoes or boots on wondering what in the world is going on.  Before I could go talk to him the boar runs under the fence next to the truck.  Heads straight toward the ranch house.  Goes under fence by cattleguard leading to ranch house.  The boar runs into the front yard where the startled rancher is standing.  My buddy yells at the rancher to explain that the thing standing next to him is a hog.  The rancher jumps up in the air like he's running hurdles and runs back into the house which is only 10 feet from the yard fence.  The dogs bay him up in front of the front door and end up just catching the boar with no assistance with the rancher and his wife peeping through the blinds.  We pull the boar out of the front door and into the driveway.  This was the funniest hunt I can remember yet!!  Just to see the hog head toward the startled rancher and see him jump up in the air and high tale it back into the house was hilarious.  I have a short video due to unsureties of how the rancher was going to take in all the action at 10 pm.  Hopefully you can make out the little yard and the front door!! Wish I would of had my video camera so you could enjoy as well as we did.  To top it off we had a guy who just got out of navy to leg and stick his first hog.
Won't load so I'll load from phone enjoy.

I'm glad that the boar wasnt fast enough to find the door open bc that could of been the last straw!!  Especially if he was n his wife's closet!!  But just reading the story doesn't do justice to the actual seeing of the action it was great!! Still sore from laughing myself too tears!  Wish I could get video to post
