Im a Tool Pusher for Patterson until tomorrow, its my last day and then Im going to Push Tools for Basin Drilling. I would stay away from Patterson. They have gotten pretty bad to work for, but their floor hands start out at $20.50 an hour, motors 22.00, derricks 26.50 and drillers make 29.00 but they quit hireing experienced hands. I have nothing against hands with no experience but that is all they will hire and their turn over rate is to high to make up for it. Its fixing to get pretty dangerous around there. Basin pays floor hands $24.50, motors $25.50, derricks 26.50, drilling 28.50. Thats what they told me the other day. Theres plenty of jobs to be had in the oil field right now if someone dosent mind working.

Good deal bro, they have wireline services as well which is what I did for them but Frac pays better. Good pay either way. If you don't get anywhere with the link holler at me cause I know some big shots there I can hook you up with that will get you working if the normal channels don't work out. But just a side note about all your oil service companies there in and around Midland over to New Mexico are looking for help. show up with a CDL and a heartbeat and your hired. Don't let there app process fool you with there req's they may stick to them in lean times but right now there dying for help.
God Bless, Waylon
