Cody and I met up with my cousin Jake and headed out a 6000 acre ranch on the clearfork of the brazos. It's nights like this that make you wanna break down and buy a garmin.

We dropped Tiger and Cub at the first river crossing and started following the river..at about 9:00 tiger opened up at about 300yds and the race was on...we heard him baying solid way out probly 900 so we headed to him in the truck but the hog broke. After two hours of driving around lookin for him finally heard him baying solid about 2 miles away from were he struck..we tried to lead Tuff and sookie in close but the hog broke and went across a wheat field so we kicked them loose from about 300..hog broke when the hit the fence but only got about 30yds and we hear a big splash and squeeling...Cody and I had to get in waist deep and stick probly 180lb sow

Picture aren't very good but better than nothing

as we were taking the pics tiger rolled out and struck again and bayed solid in a big briar thicket around 400yds on other corner of the wheat  field. We sent sookie and Tuff from 100 yds and the caught in the nastiest briar patch in shackelford county. We had to crawl in to stick the 200lb boar..

I was real impressed with all the dogs tonight tiger stayed on those hogs for over 3 hours Nd was wanting of his lead to hunt dome more when he winded some more hogs on the walk back to the truck

Sounds like some nasty country, been there but you definetely earn those hogs, you gotta work your tail off for those.  Good hunt Trey, dogs seem to have done the job to the T.
