Yesterday we had some cool weather and the Big hog i had was losing weight so i decided to skin them out. I processed the big one and quartered up the smaller one . Now i can fix my roof. This hog was caught April 1st. Big Sow.

This was them. Smaller one was caught back in November. Caught at same location.

I am not up with all the faces but i think your saying this was funny and i am not sure how to take that. I don't see the humor unless you ment something else. I don't see humor in someone catching hog's alive and bringing them back to their house and then butchering them to eat later. I see food on the table. Please enlighten me. Lee

Good eating.
I can't wait for some deep fried backstrap. That is my favorite. The crew should be happy also that made catching them possible.

Inject it with Cajun Creole Butter til its busting at the seams and let it sit overnight while it's marinating in whatever you mix up.  Talk about good eating, it dont get any better.
