New to the board an looking for a hunt

Hello ,
I will be taken vaction down by my cousins place in Pampa tx. I would like to bring my American Bulldogs with so i can see if they got what it takes in the woods. Yes I know 1-2 times dont prove much but for a city dog it will help me find out if they have the Heart an mind for this line of work.
 The area im looking for a hunt would be around Pampa an Amarillo TX.
