i am opening a bay/training pen in huntsville texas, looking for some insight on laws and regulations. iv heard stuff about animal rights groups, not being able to have wild animals close to houses, can you even open a businiss on privat property? any advise you have about these subjects or anything else you would like to add that i need to look into would be awsom and i would def take in your opinions.
