Got a 18 month old gyp. She's gotten better every hunt. Last 3 hunts she's gone from walking at my feet to ranging with the other strike dogs about 75% of the time. I don't think she knows 100% what she's made for yet but it won't take long at this rate. It takes her awhile to warm up I guess. So far she's hunted best in front of a truck. Im getting out of hunting is the only reason to sell her. Her brother is a long distance dog which is the reason I took a chance on her. We've had her baying a shoat 3 times a week for almost a month and she's getting real game. She's been silent so far but has trashed an armadillo for a short distance.
