Just got me a Hero 2 camera. Wanna try on my dogs while hunting. Any ideas on mounts and best way for a dog to carry it on. Pics would be highly appreciated.

Looks like some are using it on the head strap, just removing the part for the top of the head. Seems to wobble to much tho. I would like to know the answer to his question and also what the most stable mount is. I have been thinking about getting one.

However you mount it make sure its double and triple secured, i know of at least 3 that are still in the woods somewhere!

Sorry, they are mounting it on the strap. They put the strap around the chest. Under the dogs chest and over the front shoulders.

My buddy runs one on his jagd, using the helmet mount i think, made a leather collar out of scrap leather and zip tied the the mount through holes in the collar, and zip tied the stew out of it, camera hangs under dogs neck, give u a head ache watching video while runnin, but cool to watch how the dog works a track and the bay
