Went this morning with HWilson and Texas Cornbread, beautiful morning every dog on the ground was doing their job and doing it well. On our way back to the truck they all took some track and bayed a bruiser in a nice deep creek bottom. Unfortunately as leggy as our dogs are, they were swimming and he was flat foot fighting. I ain't going into detail, but only one dog came away without injury. These are some smart loose dogs and he almost put us out of business. Didn't get an official weight on him, but he was between "this is one heavy sim beech" and "mother freaker this boars heavy"

Over 300, but without a scale it's all speculation.

Thank you Mike. It really was a full on team effort and if any of y'all ever get the oppurtunity to hunt with Hunter or Cornbread, it's always worth the drive. Both these guys are real handy in a pinch!

Heck if you get your truck stuck, Cornbread can just pick it up out of its tracks like a go cart.  laugh
