There are some helo companies that u can rent the acft out and shoot from it. I enjoyed my time flying but my targets were on 2 legs n shot back but i think aerial hoggin would still be fun

I bet if that was your lease where you hunted your dogs every week you wouldn't be so excited!!! It's a shame for someone to slaughter hogs like that and talk about how many they killed but did not say a word about the winners of Los casadoris hunt or how may hogs were taken out on that hunt......

From what I understood they were taking the hogs off of farms that requested them to do it. I thought it was awesome. Besides there are plenty of hogs to go around.

10-4 on that. I've been on the ground after such events and seen first hand, the suffering of 80% of the hogs they shoot at. Ended up havin to get a gun of my own and put several out of their misery. Expected as much from that bafoon, pigman character, but not from Nuegent

They can't stand 2 hundred a day and still be plenty to go around you must have rose colored glasses on or just don't care about a hog or dog.

How does thinking it would be fun to burn up a few hundred rounds of ammo popping hogs make someone less of a dog man. These places could not allow any dog hunters at all and just want to get rid of the hogs and stop the lost crops and money loss they are causing. Granted the hog population would take a big hit if over 200 were shot a day but the land owners that are having this done are obviously loosing their a** if they are going to these measures. I think it would be a blast, I wouldn't want to do it on my hunting grounds but for some farmers/ranches that just want them gone

How many hogs have you shot sitting still in a truck while the hog is still with a real rifle and still had them survive it, get up and Hual butt?

The flyboys are effective but waaaaaaaayyy overestate their effectiveness. In wooded areas, GOOD dogs are still more effective if you wanna do an actual cleanout.

I  know a certain dog running removal company that beat the helicopter removal company in a wooded county last year...   WinkLips Sealed

i was just biotching about this pig man show to a buddy this morning. The hogs sure seam to have thinned down in the places we hunt. When I heard they shot 270 in 7 hours it made me sick.....  Huh? our problem probably doesnt have much to do with the heli hunters but who knows. Where have the hogs gone?

bet people would be ticked if it was wild horses they shot that way or feral cows. they would both probably do as much damage i bet.or them wild non native goats.

I won't do no griping about the helicopters. They do a much needed service in a timely fashion and are actually pretty cost effective as well as fun.

They never kill as many as they claim
You can go right behind them and still catch good hogs
And, no matter how big a mouth the bush pilot has, some hogs will not leave cover and therefore they are not as effective as GOOD dogs in SOME areas.

i guess thats the only way pigman can get a hog. i know he come over here to alabama and hunted 4 days in a competion hunt and i dont think he even caught 1 hog. someone that enjoyed dog hunting would not go out and do that, it just makes no sense to go shoot them if your a dog hunter, them farmers are not loosing money they have insurance on everybit of them crops

That is flawed logic at best!?!? You probably have insurance on your home and truck but would you let some thug break into your house and steal all your stuff, then stratch your truck all to heck and pee in your gas tank? You wouldn't be losing no money, you got insurance right?

Farmers ain't in business to feed hogs, keep doggers happy and make insurance claims!! It's a dang business! It behooves us as hog doggers to keep the farmers and landowners happy, and if we see that our dogs ain't able to compete, then we'd better start looking for more specialized solutions.

Call me what you want but I personally would LOVE to go heli hog hunting. I don't see how it makes a person any less of a dog man. Dont get me wrong, there aint nothing like gettin your hands on a big nasty boar hog but i wouldnt hesitate at the offer to go airborne on em

I guess I just have more respect for hogs or any animal that doesn't have a chance in hell of getting away from a helicopter.....
