Me and the wife drove the 444 mile  Natchez Trace Parkway this weekend from Natchez, Miss to Nashville, Tenn. It was a little cloudy and
hazy but it was the most relaxing drive I have ever took. We might have past 10 vehicles the whole way. We had plans to drive the
Blue Ridge Parkway through the mountains of North Carolina but it looks like the weather is not going to cooperate. We will wait a few days
to see what the weather will be like then. Here is a few pics of the Natchez Trace Parkway.

You drive through their when its cold and them bucks are chasing does, you'll probably see a hundred of the biggest bucks you've laid eyes on.  We saw one every few hundred yards a few years ago.

I bet. We saw about 6 does and plenty of turkeys. When do you think the bucks will be chasing does ?

The wife and I went up in the mountains today sight seeing and when we got up about 3,000 feet elevation we had to turn back due to
zero visibility. We did get to take a few pics before it started snowing and visibility went to chit. We got to listen to some plott hounds
running bear in the mountains, man what music they was making. Must have been around 10 plotts I watched them turn loose. It took them about 20 minutes and then they opened up. It was neat to hear how them hounds voices carry through them mountains.

I may be wrong but I think that overpass is a few miles from my house. Just north of the TN River in Alabama near Florence and Waterloo?Huh? It is a great place to drive when it snows. You see SOOO many more deer stand out against that white background. We drove
