probably just means them other dogs wouldnt no count..........im just joking i like dogos and pitbulls both doesnt matter wich one to me ive had both that were great more pitts than dogo only two and on occasion they did find a hog but nothing like my currs or catahoulas especially my currs different strokes for different folks.

That's actually exactly what it meant... Worthless dogs in every breed. Good ones too. Just cause you haven't hunted with them doesn't mean they aren't out there. Just means you and your buddies aren't very good at buying dogs.

You hate Dogos and love Obama? We won't hunt together that is for sure. I was flipping a hog when I heard somone yelling to send more catch dogs. I looked over to see one big hog walking out with with pitbull earings on each ear and one on his back. Now I ain't bashing pits because I like them just fine. But after that night I wanted a Dogo. Just like in football you can't control the other player if your feet aren't on the ground. Why does it have to be Pit or Dogo why not Pit and Dogo? I would rather hunt with a Dogo one out than have another four years of Obama. But the way I see it the Anti-Christ is going to win this election. I think that could be either one of them. They both suck! The Myan calander ends just before the new President takes office. Maybe it is just nothing or maybe the Myans knew something after all. So you can sit here and make all the noise you want because I don't like either of them. I think you are dumber than both of them if you don't hold the President accountable for his own mistakes. If you don't know why Obama should be impeached then you are just another dumb blind follower. They impeached Clintom because he lied about cheating on his wife. They blaim Bush for going to way with Congressional approval. But Obama went to war not only without Congressional approval but he went and got permission from the UN!!! That is like your wife ging and asking the milkman man if she can go buy a new car on your credit card. Tell me if she does that is she sleeping with the milkman too? big and slow?you must be huntin with the wrong boys the ones i hunt with can get in on with the best pit and no they dont regrip and you better be ready to cut a ear off they dont give it up. its like any breed of dog you find a good line and go with it.

All of these " x versus x" threads are pretty unproductive, lol. I know I'm not worried about whatever breeds of dog vs another. I'm worried about whatever dogs I am feeding that are working for me and doing what I ask of them, whatever breed they may be. As always, there are culls in every single breed. I've hunted behind cats, bmc's, walkers, plotts, various concoctions of all of the above.....caught some good hogs with apbt's, and my am bull. They work great for me, so I'm not seeking anything different. In these times, I am going for a smaller feed bill, plus with my bad back, I handle smaller dogs better, so we've been running the Patts, and one smaller sturdy apbt, and doing great. My Am Bull takes in a pretty good amount of feed. I only need one of those, lol. Never thought of a Dogo personally, as I've never had the need to change what I am already using. It it ain't broke, don't fix it. Certainly not because I am a broke biatch and just 'can't afford a Dogo.' LOL
No 'trash' bred bulldogs here either. I'm running some good old blood here, that I wouldn't let go for even the price of a Dogo and it's paperwork. All in all, it comes down to what you the individual likes and prefers. These threads do get entertaining when I'm bored, but I still don't see how they go on for so long.

If you don't even hunt with a dogo why bash them??? Is it because your broke and can't afford nothing more than a back alley pit....this is just like people say cats are better than ybmc or pure breeds beat crosses.... People hunt what they like just like you hunt the trash you like... Why don't you worry about your hunting style and the dogo fans will worry about there styles....
HEY quit makin fun of my back alley pits you butthead.....they are WAY better than dogo's! and ill go with ybmc's bein better than cats, purebreds beatin crosses and my sytle better than yours to round it out!........... You may just be used to seeing the short and wide type of 'american bully' type dogs.....this one right here is a perfect example of one helluva bulldog....and lookit alllll that leg right there......and this one right here wasn't no "back alley" bred run of the mill "pit" either.  Oh, and chances are, if you're driving down the road and find a "pit" on the side of the road.....it's likely somebody's cull. |

Obviously you dont know the dogo breed. I have 3 full blooded Dogo's and a Catahoula x Dogo and never had an issue with fighting. I would be more worried about the pit fighting.

When you wanna do this? You don't have to worry about my dogs fighting other dogs. If anyone is gonna shoot one of my dogs it will be me, and if you shot my dog, you wouldn't walk off my property, so leave the guns at home. Thats a promise not a threat. The only thing you will be allowed to shoot is some video. Im from Argyle Tx, I got a pen with hogs in it already, along with plenty of pasture to race them in. I have places all over Texas that we can do this, except maybe south south texas, don't have any pasture down there. Bring your fastest pit and a video camera, if you don't have a camera, I can probably find somebody with one. May have one other dog come out to race, a Dogo X AB out of my old dogo, Soco, that was fast as could be, possibly breeding her to my young male, deuce (the dog that will be racing) I have now and wanna put them up against each other as well. She can be a bit dog aggressive but don't worry about it, once she sees a pig, nothin else is gonna matter to her. Im going to be out of town the next two weekends, but let me know what will work for you after that. By the way, where are you from? Prefer if you pm me, I don't have internet except for my phone very often, so pm's are much easier. I would be willing to place a little wager on this, if you want. Im a college student, but got a little to throw down  . |
