An expected bull$hit response... The next step would be to mobilize a public front to FORCE government media to recognize the reality of a patriotic movement of solidarity.
A planned "Secession Rally" held at every community courthouse would most certainly garner the attention of mass media.

Very interesting read, RL.
Perry dont support it bc he knows he wouldnt get the newly formed countries presidency. Noah, i fo agree that the new country would need a strong elected body, officials with experience in politics, but also with the understanding they work for the people, not the other way around as it is currently with this dictatorship.

I don't see it happening, but in the same breath, I wouldn't be surprised either! I think all it would take is for Obama to make a major bonehead move and do something major like a big step in gun control, taxes, shut down drilling!

I'll back everything iv said. I would rather fight and die for my freedom and the freedom of my kids than to live in tyranny from the dictatorship some would call our government. as lance said, i would rather get it over with while my son and daughter are to young to pulled into a war between the states and the government, if it ever come to it. our children need a future of peace and liberties, not all out gov control. this used to be the land of the FREE and the home of the BRAVE, now its the land of freeloaders and home of nothing. |

I would not doubt it happening. But the American people have not suffered enuff yet most go on with their every day lives not lifting a eyelid as long as their every day lives are not effected much they could careless. When this country goes really broke and bankrupt, the gas and fuel gets so short are so high you cannot buy it and the food on the table is so short you cannot feed your own family and when this country gets hungry and sick then and only then will you see something like this start to happen untill this country goes hungry and the everyday lives of the nations people is disrupted in a big way then you will see it till then its a pipe dream. Its gonna take a lot more than just a few 100,000 people to get it started and done when people start rioting and it becomes uncotroable thats when the real number 2 is going to hit the fan . It will take a long time to restore order and restore a goverment that means anything those are not short term kind of deals . People better think long and hard because once it starts it aint gonna be no stopping and the way of life you know now is gone and is not coming back no time soon.
Just my thoughts.

Do we allow the government to burn it down, all the way to the ground before we act... or do we step in before it is too late?
Maybe this is the moment to do something, maybe not... but we all need to consider REAL options should the government ever decide to cross that line.
