That sounds like this one. Never weighed him but he's a fat boy for sure. This is a regular 16' utility trailer he's on. Only liked 2 boards reaching across.

250 is a sure nuff good boar...300 with cutters to match is a trophy. no teeth Just another nuicance in my book. Worst meanest hog I Ever caught was only about 175-200. He even put a whoopin on my "loose" dogs. Guess he had a grudge cause he was chasing all the dogs.

200+ lbs is a good boar should be in anyone's book. Rather catch closer to 300lbs than the 180-220lb range with some tooth. Usually no matter the weight if you go in and don't hear the squeal you better get ready cause he's not going down easy.

I always consider 200 a good hog, I have seen some fully mature hogs weigh 120-150 that were as bad as any I have caught.

X's 2, one of the rankest i can remember with exception to last weeks fiasco was a hog me and a buddy caughg in nome a cpl years back. We were on horseback and only had 2 dogs with us, both of which were old/smart enough to know when and when not to catch. We ended up bayin him in a thick ass palmetto/briar patch. We messed with this hog for the better part of 1/2 an hr before he screwed up and let me get a hand on him. That little devil charged me and my partner both multiple times, he had opportunities to leave the country but never did, it was almost like he wanted to stay there and fight. He finally zigged when he shoulda zagged and that was that. I bet he didn't weigh 125lbs just was one mean little joker.

Some of the biggest we have caught came from inside the nuclear plant I'm bay city, texas. I think we caught 8 inside there that all weighed over 300 plus a sow that weighed 326 and had 3 inch teeth. I would say a big boar hog is anything over 200

Anything over 200 is a good hog. Anything over 300 is in another class of their own.
