I've got a 175 pound boar hog in a pen and just noticed a large lump on his front shoulder near his foreleg! He runs around fine..no limping! Wondering if I should catch him and lance it or try to draw out whatever in it with a syringe ...what do y'all think? ??

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog... A hunting dog is born not made...

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!

Reminds me of the time we caught a good size sow....cut her open...and she has little tumors like growths all in her insides. Needless to say, we didn't eat that one. Never seen a nything like it.
If it's an abcess you can try and lance/drain it but if it's a potential cancerous growth or tumor I'd cull him.
