What broadheads does everyone use on thier crossbow? I have a Barnett wildcat shooting 320 fps. With my field tips i shoot spot on from 15-60 yds. I just haven't been able to find broadheads that will shoot near as accurate. All the fixed blades just nose dive after about 25 yds. Then i tried the rage two and three blade and they were all over the place. Then i got meatseeker's they were by far the best but I'm still not happy with them. I would shoot a real tight group but a little off target. Then the next group i would compensate to where they should hit bullseye according to where the last group hit and they would be off some other way. Say the first group was right so i would aim left then they would end up low. So it didnt make a lot of sense to me. Every 4-5 shots their would be one way off from the rest. I'm no archery expert so so i could use some help.
With that said could there be a fletching problem or something I'm doing or not doing? All three arrows i was using were brand new. And I'm using 100 grain heads

Try a mechanical, thats what i shoot and they'll defintely improve the accuracy. I use the NAP Killzone Cut-On Contact & shot a buck and hit the spine, he went right down with a broken back. had to make a 2nd shot as he was trying to get away using only his front legs. another good feature about this mechanical is they do not require an O-ring or rubberband. I shoot a Stryker 380 thats shoots bolts at 380 fps.

You probably need to be shooting 125 grain heads, and make sure you are shooting quality bolts

if you like mechanical, the reapers are by far the best, but i use muzzy mx3 100gr. i know u said cross bow and i shoot a compound, but u may not like said before using a heavy enuf gr tip and the arrows cant be el-cheap os. i used to use the cheap arrows and noticed during a recording in slow motion, that the spine was not stiff enuf and the arrow would flex and shake and start vearing off target. i went the more pricey arrows ,$120 a dozen and a stiffer spine and my accuracy improved dramaticly. the spine stiffness is determined by the # of pull on the bow/crossbow and even though u may be shooting the appropriate bolt for the draw weight, but u may need to go to a bolt for a heavier draw weight and u can stay with the 100gr. it takes several trial and errors to find what shoots and fits your hunting style. its a costly habbit to get going but once u find your groove and equipment, u should be able to bust shafts and tear up broadheads.

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!
